Sandra + Markese
Sandra and Markese started talking online through a dating site, but they soon realized they had mutual friends and had even been to the same parties. Which, are the best kinds of 'how we met' stories, as if the universe intended for the couple to be together all along.
Since then, they have been together for three years. They love Camping, 3-wheeling, hiking, ice cream dates, kayaking, and cooking together. Something tells me that these two are never bored as long as they're together, even if they're just staying home and having a cozy day. Watching them interact during their photos, they have all these little inside jokes and silly things they do. Just like their, 'how we met' story, they have that meant to be kind of love. ♥
Rosy Mound Natural Area
We met at Rosy Mound Natural Area for their photos. I hadn't been to this park before and let me tell you, it's gorgeous! There is a woodsy path, with quad-burning staircases, leading to a beach on Lake Michigan. As we were walking, they told me that somewhere along this path, they have a tree with their initials on it. Though we didn't find it, I couldn't help think of how sweet and special it is that they have all these loving memories of this park and now they're doing their engagement photos here!
Lake Michigan
Lake Michigan, the second-largest of the Great Lakes by volume, is always incredibly picturesque and during Sandra and Markese's photos was no exception. Although, these two could take a great photo together just about anywhere, I'm sure! They're both so photogenic and they have that chemistry that you can almost feel through the photos. I know I can barely wait for their wedding day next September!
