Faith + Dan were married in June, a month for love and celebration in their family. As both of their parents also were married in June.

This wasn't the only special curated detail Faith + Dan had in their day. Dan's wedding band, also telling some of their love story. The couple love the mountains, hiking and being outdoors is something they enjoy doing together. During a visit to Emerald Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, Dan asked Faith to marry him. His wedding band, adorned with the same mountain range. Note the details of mountains on the cuff links as well. Which, custom cuff links are always a win in my book! I love any little personalization of details.

The couple picked to celebrate their special day at Vale Street Venue in Battlecreek Michigan. A venue with a unique, vintage vibe! Faith made sure to include the fun, sparkly rose golds, pinks, silver, ivory, gold, metallic colors of their wedding day colors.

Getting Ready

Dan and his Party People and of course, Zeus, prepared for the big day at Faith's family home. I loved that they had the couples invites on the mantel and just a sweet home décor sign that said, "Everything is possible if you have faith.". ♥

First Look + Private Vows

I could never say it enough, I LOVE FIRST LOOKS.

Getting the chance to spend time with both Faith and Dan while they were getting ready for their big day, I could sense their nerves. As soon as they were able to see each other, all the feelings of nerves seemed to disappear and just full, beautiful emotion took it's place. They found so much peace in each other.

Faith + Dan also decided to have a private vow sharing with each other. A way to share with each other their vows without all the eyes on them. Just a moment for themselves.

We followed this up with a few portraits at their venue and then headed to their chariot, the PINK limo! How stinking cool?! The limo took them to the Saint Philip Catholic Church, where they would have their ceremony.

The church really offered a location for a lovely ceremony, with their family and friends by their sides. And a great spot for photos afterward!

Reception

Back the the adorable Vale Street Venue for some family photos and celebrating!
